Kerikeri Village

How your Donation helps.

You can make a real difference to the lives of older people in our community.

The government funds the cost of the essentials for aged care facilities, but we want our residents to have more than just basic healthcare.

Your donation will help us to go the extra mile and provide personalised holistic care for each individual, helping them to live their best life feeling respected, safe, secure and loved.

Kerikeri Retirement Village is the only charitable, community-led aged care provider in Kerikeri.

All funds generated from the retirement village accommodation are put back into providing care to older people through our 68-bed care facility, made up of rest home rooms, hospital-level care and a dementia wing. Our care is open to everyone, regardless of financial circumstance anyone can access our care facility.

We believe that everyone deserves compassionate care given with respect and dignity.

A donation made to Kerikeri Retirement Village is a thoughtful way to help us provide care to our community's older people.

We are a community charity, run by our community for our community. All the funds we earn, or are given, goes into maintaining and improving our existing Care Facilities, or growing to meet future need for our community.

Everyone in our care is part of our family and is honored with the same love and care we would give our own.

Every gift, large or small, will make a difference to the lives of older people in our community. Here's you your donation will be spent...

Wellbeing programmes

The government provides for basic care. Donations help us go the extra mile for our Care Facility residents including in house physiotherapy, activities and more time to connect.

Community support

Donations help support us to run day programmes, and our meals on wheels service for older people in the wider Kerikeri community.

Future planning

We know that our facility needs upgrading to bring it up to standard. Donations will help us to start planning for our future knowing that the need for our services are only going to increase.
