We enjoy a special friendship with the students of Springbank School who are often involved in projects around the Village. Most recently, a group of students and their teacher Michelle Chapman, fundraised to create a Community Garden for our residents.
Then in September they arrived with all the materials to build some planters and filled them with soil that they had arranged to be donated.
Between the students, our Head Gardener, and some green fingered residents it's now fully planted with vegetables and herbs. Built by the community for our community, it's a great space to work and socialise in.
