Every year we attend the NZ Aged Care Association Conference which gives us a chance to share ideas with other service providers in the retirement sector and keep abreast of industry developments. The theme for this year’s conference was ‘Trends & Challenges in the Aging World’ which provided lots of inspiration for Clinical Manager Jan Bennenbroek and Operational Support Manager Cheryl Silich, who have passed on their learnings with their respective teams.
During the conference formalities we were recognised for our innovative approach to training and were thrilled to receive a Highly Commended Certificate for our Staff Development & Training Video.
