Our management and Board of Trustees take the health and safety of our workers, residents, and visitors very seriously.
We have a Quality & Risk Team that proactively looks for ways to improve our processes and systems and together with the Board of Trustees, promotes and recognises excellence in health, safety and risk management.
Every 6 months they recognise the person who has demonstrated most an outstanding commitment to safety and/or innovation in Health and Safety with a certificate and a $100 bonus.
Congratulations to Amanda Millar who recently won the Health & Safety Award for her focus on risk minimisation. The award was presented by Chairman of the Board, Mike Simm.
